應用：

•通用型全導電軟管，特適用於化妝品，製藥和易燃易爆化（huà）工行業，特別針（zhēn）對於要求最大的安（ān）全操作性（xìng）的工作區域。

•軟管設計不但能夠確保表層靜電（diàn）的消散，而（ér）且電流能迅速通過管（guǎn）壁消散 （ R<10⁹Ω）。

技術（shù）參數：

內管：PFA（全氟化聚合物，PFA），全氟化處理，鏡麵（miàn）光（guāng）滑，黑色，抗靜電 (R<10⁶Ω)。

增強層：高強度（dù）多層合成纖維，內置螺旋型金屬鋼線及（jí）銅導線以確保（bǎo）靜電的消散。

外管：大理石花紋（wén）表麵處理（超高分子量聚乙烯），光滑，耐磨，耐大氣侵蝕，特別設計的布狀表麵符合FDA標準，無臭（chòu），無（wú）味且表麵無汙漬殘留，抗（kàng）靜電(R<10⁶Ω)。

工作溫度：-40°C～+150°C

適用標準及認（rèn）證：符合USP Class VI，FDA，UNI EN ISO 10993，符（fú）合EU 10/2011，EN12115:2011，EC1935/2004和（hé）2023/2006/EC標準（GMP），參照遵守EC1907/2006標準

Applications:

•Universal hose ”Full Ohm”, designed to handle cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and highly flammable chemical products in working areas requiring utmost safety.

•Engineered to ensure dissipation of electrostatic currents not only on the surface, but also through the hose wall: electrical resistance through the hose wall: R<10⁹Ω.

Construction：

Tube: PFA (Perfluoralkoxy Polymer, code PFA), fully fluorinated, mirror-smooth, black colour antistatic (R<10⁶Ω).

Reinforcement: High strength plies of synthetic cord, embedded steel wire helix wires and built-in copper wires.

Cover: Marble finish (UPE), black and white colour, patented, smooth; it resists to abrasion, ozone and weather. The special cloth finish with a low friction rate complies with FDA, it is odourless and tasteless and does not stain the contact surfaces.
