尿素軟(ruǎn)管 DEF
應用範圍:用於(yú)柴油車輸送DEF尿素溶液(yè)。耐DEF尿素溶液腐蝕,幫助柴油(yóu)車滿(mǎn)足排放規定,淨化環境。車用尿素(sù)溶(róng)液在歐洲稱AdBlue,在北(běi)美稱為(wéi)DEF,是一(yī)種液體還原劑(jì),安裝在柴油發動機排氣係統中,將排氣中的氮氧(yǎng)化物催(cuī)化還原成氮氣和水的催(cuī)化(huà)裝置,簡稱SCR係統。車(chē)用尿素溶液是柴油機專用還(hái)原劑,儲存在柴(chái)油機上特別(bié)的儲存容器內,當廢氣從發動機排出後(hòu),它會與廢氣一起到達卡車催化轉化器,然後將氮氧化物轉換為無(wú)害的(de)氮和水。使車輛排放達到歐四(sì)以上標準。
技術特點:經SGS權威檢(jiǎn)測報告,符合SAE-China J2902-2013標(biāo)準。軟管內膠層采用進口高環保合成橡膠為主的專(zhuān)用配方設計,不含(hán)Ca、Cu、Zn、Cr、Ni、Al、Mg、Na、K離子成(chéng)分,確保軟管加注輸送尿素溶液(yè)時高度環保、清潔,對尿素(sù)溶液無作用(yòng)、無汙染、對SCR係統無損害。軟管保(bǎo)護橡膠層超強耐(nài)磨、抗老化、比一般橡膠軟管耐用(yòng)3~5倍以上。軟管德國產高強度聚酯纖維線增(zēng)強,加注受壓時軟管無膨脹,確保加注(zhù)計量精確。防靜電設計(jì): 橡膠層(céng)導電,電阻率R<10^6 ohmm,符合美國ASTM防(fáng)靜電設計標準。
注 意(yì): 一般橡膠軟(ruǎn)管含有(yǒu)大量Ca離子等成分,會(huì)汙染尿(niào)素溶液,對SCR係統的催化(huà)劑具有毒害,影響SCR還原的轉換(huàn)效率!劣質的尿素軟管不耐磨、不抗老化,容易磨損與老化!劣質(zhì)的尿素軟管(guǎn)無防靜電設計,加注時(shí)容易產生靜電危害(hài)!
結 構:
軟管內(nèi)膠層: 環保、耐DEF溶液黑(hēi)色特殊配方的合成橡膠。
增強層(céng): 德國產高強度合成纖維編織層。
軟管保護層: 黑色超強耐磨、防(fáng)靜電、抗老化合成橡膠。
外 表: 光麵,黑色。
適用溫度: -40 to 90 ℃。
包 裝:
雙重保護(hù)標準出口包(bāo)裝:內層(céng)透明PE膜纏繞,外層編織帶纏繞。
按客戶需要,另外可提供特(tè)定長度裁剪,或紙箱包裝,托盤包裝。
環保標準:經SGS權威結構嚴格檢測,符合歐(ōu)盟環保標準 ROHS、PAHS、SAE-China J2902-2013標準。
